Photo Exhibition on the Occasion of the 3rd Nepal Bird Fair-Lumbini, 2026
The Organizing Committee of the 3rd Nepal Bird Fair, Lumbini 2026 invites all photographers, bird watchers, and nature enthusiasts to submit their best bird photographs for exhibition.

Submission Guidelines
• Theme: Birds of Nepal – only wild birds photographed within Nepal.
• No Captive and Rescued Birds: Photographs of caged, captive, or restrained and rescued birds will be strictly disqualified.
• Eligibility: Open to all amateur and professional photographers.
• Number of Entries: Up to 3 photographs per participant.
• File Format: JPEG or PNG, high resolution (minimum 300 DPI).
• Submission Deadline: 31st December, 2025 (Late entries will not be accepted)
• Submission Method: Email entries with your name, contact number, and caption (species name, location, date) to [email protected]
• Editing: Only basic adjustments (brightness, contrast, cropping) are allowed.
Additional Information
• Photo Sales: If a photograph is sold during the exhibition, printing and framing costs will be deducted and the remaining amount transferred to the photographer.
• Recognition: All selected participants will receive a Letter of Appreciation and a Token of Love from the Organizing Committee.
• Exhibition Rights: Selected photos may be used for educational or promotional purposes with full credit to the photographer.
• Judging: All photos will be reviewed by an expert panel. The committee’s decision will be final.
